About the role
In this role, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports their growth, independence, and everyday skills.
Responsibilities
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands-on therapy sessions.
- Support skill development.
- Help reduce challenging behaviors.
- Encourage positive daily routines.
- Track progress through accurate data collection.
- Stay connected with your clinical team to ensure each child is receiving consistent, high-quality support.
