About the role
Help children with autism build the skills to reach their full potential through hands-on, 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings across Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under a supervising BCBA's individualized treatment plan
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
- Collect session data and complete progress notes accurately
- Support communication, social, and daily living skills for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
- Communicate consistently with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care
Requirements
- Active RBT certification required
- Experience working with children with autism
- Reliable, professional availability
Pay & Perks
- $30–$35/hour
- Referral bonus available
