Job Summary

Amaze ABA Therapy - Maryland is seeking Certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, 1:1 ABA services to children in the Hagerstown area. As an RBT at Amaze ABA, you will be part of a supportive and experienced clinical team, with opportunities for professional growth and long-term career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism in a variety of settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other therapeutic team members to ensure best practices and continuous improvement
