About the role
You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. Every day is different. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow.

Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
- Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
- Physical ability to get on the floor, move around, and stay active (able to lift ~50 lbs)
- At least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass a background check
Qualifications
- Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need extra patience and creativity
- Have an active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one
- Have education, childcare, psychology, social work, or any role where you showed up for kids
