About the role
You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. Every day is different. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow. Your BCBA is closely involved and reachable, so there’s no guessing and no flying solo.

Requirements
- Active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one
- Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
- Experience in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or similar fields
- Reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
- Physical ability to get on the floor, move around, and stay active (able to lift ~50 lbs)
- At least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need extra patience and creativity
- Have reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
- Have experience in education, childcare, psychology, social work, or similar fields
- Have reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
- Be able to keep up physically, getting on the floor, moving around, and staying active (able to lift ~50 lbs)
- Be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma or equivalent
