About the role
You’ll work one-on-one with kids with autism in their homes, classrooms, and communities. Every day is different. You’ll follow a personalized plan from your BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build the consistent relationships that help kids grow. Your BCBA is closely involved and reachable, so there’s no guessing and no flying solo.

Requirements
- Active RBT certification
- Reliable availability across mornings, afternoons, or evenings
- Pass a background check
Qualifications
- Genuinely enjoy working with children, especially kids who need extra patience and creativity
- Have an active RBT certification, or the drive to earn one
- Have reliable transportation to reach client homes and schools
- Can keep up physically, getting on the floor, moving around, staying active (able to lift ~50 lbs)
- Be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent
