Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals committed to providing exceptional in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations to children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans with children diagnosed with ASD
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other therapy team members
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client treatment and progress
• Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for clients and their families
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies (up to 25 pounds)
