About the role

Join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy, a leading provider of personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, promoting social, behavioral, and emotional growth
• Carry out established treatment plans, using evidence-based strategies to support client progress
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and activities, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with behavior analysts to modify treatment plans, as needed, to address changing client needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment, adhering to Alight Behavioral Therapy's high standards for quality care

Qualifications
