Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Record and track progress data to facilitate effective treatment planning and outcome measurement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, psychologists, and parents, to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures

Requirements
- Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Services)
- 1+ year of experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable)
