Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in their homes
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Record and track progress data to facilitate effective treatment planning and outcome measurement
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, psychologists, and parents, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to established protocols and procedures

Requirements

  • Must be a Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Services)
  • 1+ year of experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (if applicable)
