Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated RBT to join our team in Burnsville, MN.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral interventions and educational programs under the supervision of a BCBACollect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other team members
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure high-quality care
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and services provided

Requirements

• Completed a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and registered with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and/or other developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
