Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Mount Olive, NC.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior treatment plans developed by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in home-based settings
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including BCBAs, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
• Develop and implement behavioral plans and strategies to address client needs
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients and staff

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services) preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
