Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavioral therapy plans under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and modify treatment plans
- Provide feedback and recommendations to families and caregivers on strategies to support client learning and development
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress
- Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services) preferred
- Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying schedules
