Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavioral therapy plans under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and modify treatment plans
• Provide feedback and recommendations to families and caregivers on strategies to support client learning and development
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of client sessions and progress
• Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services) preferred
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work varying schedules
