Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Alight Behavioral Therapy in Medina, Minnesota. As a Spanish-speaking RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with ASD in their homes
• Implement treatment plans developed by our behavior analysts, with ongoing consultation and feedback
• Collect and record data on client progress, providing regular updates to families and behavior analysts
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless transitions between therapy sessions and goals
• Maintain accurate records, including program implementation, data collection, and progress reports
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or human services)
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training program and registration with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and practices
• Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
