Responsibilities
- Work closely with licensed behavioral analysts and other team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
- Provide ABA therapy sessions in the client's home, utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve communication, social, and adaptive skills
- Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and goals, and collaborate with the treatment team to make informed decisions about treatment
Requirements
- Must hold a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Must have a minimum of [insert number] months of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs
