About the role
As an RBT, you will work closely with our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Conducting one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients in their homes
- Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress
- Developing and implementing behavioral interventions and strategies
- Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Requirements
- A valid RBT certification
- A high school diploma or equivalent
