About the role

As an RBT, you will work directly with our highly trained and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in the home and community settings.

Responsibilities

  • Implementing behavioral treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBACollecting and recording data on client behaviorProviding feedback to BCBAs on treatment implementation and progressCommunicating with clients, parents, and caregivers to ensure effective treatment collaborationMaintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and data collectionParticipating in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Current Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in behavioral therapy or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
