About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Lauderdale, MN.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavioral interventions and support strategies in a one-on-one or small group setting
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure a collaborative approach
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each client's individualized treatment plan
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
- MUST hold a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work in a home-based setting and travel to client locations as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
