About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Northfield, MN, USA. In this part-time position, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in the home and community settings.
Responsibilities
- Implementing behavioral intervention plans to promote skill acquisition and decrease problem behaviors
- Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
- Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans
- Providing support and guidance to clients and their families
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements
- Be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques
