Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Northfield, MN, USA. In this part-time position, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other RBTs to implement evidence-based behavioral interventions in the home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Implementing behavioral intervention plans to promote skill acquisition and decrease problem behaviors
• Collecting and recording data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans
• Providing support and guidance to clients and their families
• Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements

• Be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of behavioral principles and techniques
