Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Little Falls, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD, under the supervision of a BCBACollect and record data on client progress, as well as maintain accurate records of therapy sessions
• Implement individualized treatment plans, including behavioral skills training, reinforcement, and skill generalization
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to develop and modify treatment plans
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and plan for future therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
