Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and provide positive reinforcement strategies to promote social, communication, and adaptive skills
- Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and report to supervisors
- Participate in consultations with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to refine treatment plans and ensure effective delivery
- Maintain a safe and healthy therapeutic environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless continuity of care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or pursuing) or equivalent experience
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Able to maintain accurate records and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a part-time schedule with varied hours, including weekends and evenings
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
