Responsibilities
- Assist Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBA) in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for children with ASD
- Conduct behavioral assessments and data collection to inform treatment goals and strategies
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions to address a range of behaviors, including social, adaptive, and functional skills
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families through effective communication, empathy, and support
- Maintain accurate records and reports of treatment sessions and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Education, Human Services)
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Experience working with children with ASD or other special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent travel to client homes
