Job Summary
At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of professionals committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA or Lead RBT
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Assist with parent training and education
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency and continuity of care
- Provide support and guidance to clients and families as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, human services)
- RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date
- Experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to client homes
Part-Time Opportunity
This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with variable hours, including evenings and weekends. You must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
