About the role
In-home ABA therapy position delivering 1:1 services in the child’s home and surrounding areas (Smithfield, NC). Work in the natural environment where children learn and grow best.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Help children with autism reach communication, play, and life-skill goals in an engaged, playful, and active manner.
- Track progress through accurate session data and notes.
- Communicate with families and your clinical team to support success.
- Stay physically active during sessions (sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.).
Requirements
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification with our support).
- Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
- 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required).
Schedule
- Part-time and full-time positions available.
- Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed).
- 15–25+ hours per week depending on availability and client needs.
Pay
Hourly pay range: $23–$29/hour (based on experience and credentials).
