Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Advanceable ABA is looking for passionate and dedicated RBTs to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related disorders. Join our team and make a daily impact on their development while growing your career.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Provide 1:1 behavior therapy
• Track client progress and maintain accurate data
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and clients
• Adapt sessions based on client needs and BCBA feedback

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs (preferred)
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Empathy, professionalism, and adaptability
• Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations
• Reliable transportation
• Driver’s License (required)
• Registered Behavior Technician (preferred)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Expected hours: 15–25 per week
• Willingness to travel: 100%

Pay

Salary: $23.00–$29.00 per hour (based on experience)
