Responsibilities

As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children with autism reach important goals — while staying engaged, playful, and active. Your duties will include:

  • Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
  • Tracking progress through accurate session data and notes
  • Communicating with families and your clinical team to support success
  • Staying physically active during sessions — sitting, squatting, playing, running, etc.

Requirements

  • Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with our support)
  • Passion for working with children and helping others grow
  • 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
  • Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

Schedule & Hours

Part-time and full-time RBT positions are available, with afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed), and 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs.
