Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts) with flexible scheduling based on availability.

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
