Qualifications
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities
- Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills.
Work closely with families and your supervising BCBA to support each child's growth and celebrate their progress.
Pay
$28.00–$33.00 per hour
Schedule
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. Available for after-school, daytime, and weekend availability.
