Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in various settings.
• Help learners gain life skills that enhance independence, including communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, and vocational skills.
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect and accurately record data, meeting minimum requirements, and write detailed session notes to support decision-making by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Attend scheduled sessions reliably and participate in ongoing trainings.

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently
