About the role

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dynamic team. We prioritize the well-being of both our clients and our staff, offering competitive benefits and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, interactive ABA therapy directly with clients of varying ages in various settings such as the client's home, school, and community.
• Help learners gain life skills that enhance independence, including communication, daily living, potty training, social/emotional skills, play skills, and vocational skills.
• Teach learners new communication skills and replacement behaviors using evidence-based techniques to reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate data and meet data collection minimums for the services provided, and write detailed session notes to inform decisions made by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Reliably attend scheduled sessions.
• Participate in ongoing trainings.

Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (required)
• High school or equivalent diploma or transcripts
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to interact, engage, and have fun with individuals with disabilities
• Desire to learn and work independently at times

• Hourly Rate: $28.00-$33.00 per hour
