Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Summary

At Acclimate ABA, we provide personalized, adaptive, integrative, and results-driven interventions for individuals with autism and developmental challenges. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development

Requirements

• Active RBT certification through the BACBA
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)
• Commitment to supporting the needs of clients in a compassionate and professional manner
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations
