About the role
Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Data collection and submission of session notes
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Regular participation in staff meetings and training sessions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing
- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card and reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check

Schedule
Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work. Up to 25% travel required.
License/Certification
RBT Certification is required.
