Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT)
At Above and Beyond Therapy, we are seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role offers a rewarding environment with opportunities for growth and development.
- Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Data collection and session note submission
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing
- The ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and families
- Valid state identification card and reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
