Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (3:00-6:00 PM)

At Giving Growth Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We’re seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a difference and growing in their careers.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate data and track progress.
• Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
• Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.

Requirements

• RBT certification (Required)
• CPR certification (Required)
• Passion for working with children; experience with autism a plus
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus
