About The Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work directly with children with autism, providing individualized 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll implement individualized treatment plans, help children build meaningful communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills, and support positive progress through consistent, compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
- Use evidence-based strategies to support positive behavior change
- Accurately collect and document client progress data
- Communicate and collaborate with your supervising BCBA and clinical team
- Provide reliable, professional, and compassionate care
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Consistent and dependable availability
