Registered Behavior Technician - Nevada

Responsibilities

• Implement 1:1 direct ABA techniques in-home, clinic, and/or school settings
• Support with daily living and personal care routines—including toileting, hygiene, and self-care skills—using structured, individualized ABA strategies to promote independence
• Collect accurate ongoing data on client's programs
• Attend all scheduled therapy sessions, staff meetings, and trainings
• Clear communication with all team members and parents/clients
• Compliance to all related company policies and procedures

Requirements

• MUST be licensed and registered as an RBT in the state of Nevada
• Be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school degree or GE
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance
• Able to communicate effectively using both written and verbal skills
• Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred

Pay

Compensation Details:

• Base Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (for non-RBT/non-licensed candidates)
• RBT/Licensed Pay: Starting at $24.00 per hour for qualified candidates with active RBT certification and licensure in Nevada
