What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping amazing kids ages 2–6 grow, learn, and thrive through one-on-one ABA therapy.
• Teach important life skills (potty training, self-help, play, social skills, and more).
• Encourage communication and confidence.
• Support families with compassion and positivity.
• Collect data and celebrate progress.
• Work alongside a fun, supportive team of professionals who have your back.

What We're Looking For:

• A High School Diploma or GED (college experience a plus)
• A heart for kids and a passion for helping others
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check
• RBT certification OR the willingness to train and earn it with us (we cover the cost!)
