About the role
In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing. We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.

Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED
- Passionate about working with children
- Patient and dependable
Qualifications
- Experience in ABA is a plus

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Patience and empathy
