Registered Behavior Technician - Guaranteed Full Time Hours (Lawrenceville)

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting
• Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
• Use evidence-based strategies to help children learn and grow
• Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins (big and small)

Requirements

• Passion for helping young children
• Patient and dependable presence
• Energy and willingness to actively engage in play
• Desire to grow and learn something new
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required
• Nails must be no longer than ¼ inch past the fingertip
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and sit on the floor for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs to ensure child safety

Pay

• $21-$25 per hour for certified RBTs
• $19 per hour for training prior to RBT certification

Schedule

• Predictable Monday-Friday schedule (8:20 AM - 4:10 PM)
