About the role

Elevation Autism Center is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting for children ages 1-6 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping young children, patience, dependability, energy, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 ABA therapy in a vibrant, center-based setting
• Teach communication, play, daily living, and social skills
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Use evidence-based strategies to help children learn and grow
• Track progress and celebrate meaningful wins (big and small)

Requirements

• Desire to grow and learn something new
• RBT certification is preferred, but not required

Pay

• $21-$25 per hour for certified RBTs
• $19 per hour for training prior to RBT certification

Schedule

• Predictable Monday-Friday schedule (8:20 AM - 4:10 PM)
