Registered Behavior Technician (Evening RBT)

About the role

New Dawn ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), helping them develop meaningful life skills. The role involves working one-on-one with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills. Full-time and part-time positions are available in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills
• Collect and record data to track progress (training provided)
• Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
• Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Preferred experience

• Experience working with children
• Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT

Pay & schedule

• Pay: $22.00 – $31.00 per hour
• Flexible scheduling available (full-time & part-time)
• Work location: In-person (client homes)
