Evening Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position

About the role

Actify ABA is looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our passionate team. We are dedicated to transforming lives through evidence-based practices, fostering collaboration, personal growth, and client success in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Pay

Pay Range: $22 - $27/hour

Schedule

Part-Time: 10-30 hours/week

• Afternoon: 2:30pm-6:30pm & Weekend mornings
• Evening: 5:30pm-7:30pm Mon-Thurs

Location: Columbia, MD 21045 and surrounding area
