Registered Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Chicago
About the role
Foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
- Providing individualized therapy
- Collecting data on programming
- Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collaborating daily with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and social workers
- Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR certification
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pass a background check
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field preferred
Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs preferred
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Pay
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule & Location
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30-5pm
- Location: 3319 N. Elston Ave., Chicago, IL (Free onsite parking available)
