Registered Behavior Technician ABA Therapist

About the role

Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one‑on‑one therapy sessions using positive reinforcement to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We welcome both newcomers to the field and experienced RBTs/ABA Therapists. Full‑time and part‑time positions are available, with comprehensive training and growth opportunities. We’re looking for energetic, flexible, and compassionate individuals who are passionate about helping children succeed in a supportive, child‑centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions.
• Teach play skills and social skills.
• Teach self‑help skills.
• Document session outcomes.
• Provide behavior support within group settings.

Requirements

• Completed 40‑hour RBT training course.
• Previous ABA experience preferred.
• Excellent references.
• RBT certification preferred (assistance provided to attain certification).
