Job Summary
Home & Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Billings, MT. You will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our seniors and helping them live their best lives.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and adjust care plans as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Montana
- Minimum of 0 years of experience in geriatric care or a related field
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of elder care best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and emotional intelligence skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
