Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Meet and maintain all regulatory guidelines and standards.
• Provide triage services, assess patient needs, and evaluate symptoms.
• Generate, decipher, and correct medical documentation.
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and provide patient education.
• Coordinate health services, including vaccinations and treatments.
• Document medical findings and ensure compliance with agency and federal guidelines.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to ensure treatment orders are carried out.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and Compass Connections protocols.
• Communicate with healthcare providers and staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Implement safety protocols during emergencies and evacuate children and staff.
• Address other job duties as assigned or for unforeseen matters.

Requirements

• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug tests.
• Provide proof of work eligibility and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.
• Have the ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and maintain professional people skills.
• Be able to perform physical activities such as walking, stretching, and bending.
• Have a current physical-medical release and proof of immunizations.
• Be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
