Under the authority of the Technical Director and in connection with the second General Stage Manager, the position's missions include:

Study, coordination, and technical implementation of productions, hosting, residencies, events, workshops, or programs scheduled in the theater's various spaces or outdoors (Extras, Toustes Dehors (enfin)! festival, residencies in the territory, etc.)
Participation in the evaluation of technical costs for each event
Definition of technical staff needs and team composition, within allocated resources and in compliance with legal obligations
Hosting and supervision of artistic and technical teams with professional rigor, conviviality, and support for artistic demands
Ensuring good information circulation among other theater services and the rest of the team, both permanent and intermittent
Compliance with regulatory provisions regarding workplace safety and ERP (establishments open to the public)
Verification of reception, comfort, and accessibility conditions for audiences
Research for technical equipment (stage or building) and monitoring of technological developments in equipment
Maintenance and upkeep monitoring of stage equipment and buildings (La Passerelle, Usine Badin, storage spaces)
Occasionally performing technical management duties

Training in general stage management for performing arts appreciated
Strong interest in artistic creation and the performing arts
Training and/or significant experience in one or more areas of technical stage management expertise essential
Autonomy, organizational skills, and team-oriented mindset
Supervisory capacity
Good knowledge of trades and stage equipment
SSIAP 1 certification desired
Electrical certification B1-BR, CACES appreciated
Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, Autocad) and ideally planning software
Good writing skills
Driver's license B required for missions in decentralized locations
Availability evenings and some weekends
This position requires high availability, strong teamwork skills, good interpersonal, adaptability, anticipation, and rigor

Position start date: Monday, January 4, 2027
Recruitment in anticipation of the retirement of one of the permanent general stage managers; a handover period is planned
Permanent contract (CDI) – Full-time executive, fixed working days (202 days)
Compensation: Group 4 of CCNEAC (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Entertainment Enterprises)
