We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have Overview About Vonachen Group (company description). Then Job Details description. Then Job Responsibilities list. Then Job Requirements (Skills and Abilities, Education and Experience, Physical Requirements). Then Additional Information / Benefits (401K/403b Plan, Paid Vacation, The Following Shifts Are Available Night shift). Also there is pay and schedule info: "Monday-Friday Part Time 2nd shift 4p-9p $16/hr PTO Must pass all pre-employment requirements Now offering daily pay!" So we have pay ($16/hr) and schedule (Monday-Friday Part Time 2nd shift 4p-9p). Also PTO mentioned. Benefits: 401K/403b Plan, Paid Vacation. Also "Now offering daily pay!" maybe part of pay.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Use for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have company overview (About Vonachen Group) maybe "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. Could use "About the role" for overview of position. But we also have company description; we could incorporate into "About the role" or maybe separate "About the company"? Not in allowed headings. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content.
We have:
- About the role: could contain the overview of the job: "The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service." That's from Job Details.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: could combine Skills and Abilities, Education and Experience, Physical Requirements. But we have separate headings Skills, Qualifications maybe. The instruction says use headings like Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule etc. We can decide to use Requirements for combined, or separate Skills and Qualifications. Since we have both Skills and Abilities and Education and Experience and Physical Requirements, we could put them under Requirements (or Qualifications). But we have allowed headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could use Requirements for Education and Experience, Skills for Skills and Abilities, and maybe Qualifications for Physical Requirements? But better to follow typical: Requirements (education/experience), Skills (skills and abilities), Qualifications (physical requirements). However we need to avoid thin sections. We have substantive content for each.
Let's map:
- Skills and Abilities: Must be 18 years or older, reliable transportation, ability to work with little supervision, good communication skills, strong detail orientation, customer-oriented and friendly.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED.
- Physical Requirements: Stand and walk for long periods, repeat same movements, frequent bending and twisting, able to lift, push & pull 50lbs, able to work flexible hours including evenings, reliable transportation preferred (though already mentioned), Monday-Friday Part Time 2nd shift 4p-9p $16/hr PTO Must pass all pre-employment requirements Now offering daily pay! Actually schedule and pay info also here.
But schedule and pay are separate sections.
We also have Additional Information / Benefits: 401K/403b Plan, Paid Vacation, The Following Shifts Are Available Night shift. Also PTO mentioned earlier.
We need to include Benefits section if there is real content: 401K/403b Plan, Paid Vacation. Also maybe "Night shift" as shift availability.
Pay section: $16/hr, daily pay, PTO.
Schedule section: Monday-Friday Part Time 2nd shift 4p-9p.
We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". We have actual values.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading.
We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings.
We must preserve all substantive information.
Now produce HTML fragment.
