Regional Work Tool Sales Representative
About the role
Milton CAT, the exclusive dealer of Caterpillar equipment in the Northeast, seeks a Work Tools Division Asset Manager to join their dynamic team. The starting salary range is $60,000 - $70,000 base salary with bonus potential. Responsibilities
Increase sales in assigned territory by calling on accounts.
Aid sales, product support, inside sales, and parts counter in upselling worktools with machine deals and stand-alone offerings.
Monitor and advise stores on inventory levels, worktool displays, and store inventory presentation.
Oversee new inventory levels, working with Sales OPS to meet these levels, including CAT and other manufacturers.
Work with Parts Ops to ensure inventory levels for worktool supporting parts.
Promote, advise on product introduction, product value message, pricing strategies, and communication.
Oversee rental fleet worktool assets by reviewing pricing, bringing to market, and overseeing and advertising on repair and maintenance.
Review pricing and advertising of used worktool assets.
Advise and improve on worktool transportation both internally and externally, serving as the corporate champion for assigned products like Mincon Worktool.
Oversee installation oversight, working with Sales Service Coordinators and prep shops, advising on complex installations, standard job adjustments, and process adjustments.
Collaborate with Marketing Group on store worktool displays and provide marketing materials to the team.
Attend and participate in key trade shows, providing insights and support to the marketing team.
Qualifications
Based out of one of the Regional Stores in the assigned Territory.
No work from home position.
One to two years of work experience related to construction equipment worktools or attachments.
Knowledge and experience with construction equipment.
Skills with Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Excellent communications skills, including group presentations skills.
