I can succeed as a Regional Wealth Management Consultant at Capital Group.

• Develop and implement a business plan in support of North American Client Group (NACG) sales goals and cover a defined territory as the sole wholesaler.
• Partner with other key territory stakeholders to ensure comprehensive territory coverage of advisors.
• Create relationships and drive sales to raise and retain assets primarily through virtual interactions and strategic in-person interactions with financial advisors.
• Identify advisors' business practice needs and their clients' needs.

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of investment selection and analysis, asset allocation, and portfolio construction methodology and ability to apply it to advisors in this market.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree.
• Hold an SIE and Series 7 and 66 registrations or equivalent.
• Hold 3-5 years of internal/hybrid wholesaling experience.

Pay & Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $111,920 – $179,072.
• In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
