Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a large sales territory, seeking new business opportunities
  • Maintain sales targets to ensure customer satisfaction using all available resources
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills to stay competitive in the market
  • Mentor colleagues and share best practices to enhance overall sales team success

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; not mandatory
  • Required securities licenses: 6, 63, and 65
  • Minimum of 5 years in field sales, specifically selling retirement plan products
  • Experience managing a sales territory and traveling frequently is essential
  • Strong understanding of retirement plans and wholesaling is necessary
  • Proven track record of quota attainment and aggressive prospecting skills
  • Must have an excellent driving record, insurable under corporate insurance
