Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a large sales territory, seeking new business opportunities
- Maintain sales targets to ensure customer satisfaction using all available resources
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills to stay competitive in the market
- Mentor colleagues and share best practices to enhance overall sales team success
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; not mandatory
- Required securities licenses: 6, 63, and 65
- Minimum of 5 years in field sales, specifically selling retirement plan products
- Experience managing a sales territory and traveling frequently is essential
- Strong understanding of retirement plans and wholesaling is necessary
- Proven track record of quota attainment and aggressive prospecting skills
- Must have an excellent driving record, insurable under corporate insurance
